She believes the best operations are invisible to clients—they just experience everything working smoothly.
A native of Indianapolis, Danielle graduated from Ball State University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in journalism and graphic design, and earned her Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in May 2025.
